HG Engineering & Services Ltd.

Logo, Visual identity, Website

HG Engineering is a London-based company providing engineering and design solutions crucial for powering energy transition projects. My task was to develop a distinctive identity that would represent their technical expertise and appeal specifically to their core audience: engineers, energy industry owners/operators, and energy industry EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies.

The resulting identity is both confident and restrained, embracing a minimalist aesthetic balanced by a subtle warmth achieved through the deliberate use of an unorthodox colour palette for the industry sector. The foundational element of the identity, the logo symbol, is composed of three components inspired by instrumentation and control system diagrams, ensuring immediate, technical familiarity and relevance, both consciously and subconsciously to their highly specialised professional audience.
